We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team here at Service & Support Centre.

Do
- Social media channels: generate content (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). monitor, and engage with the audience.
- Online Reputation Management: monitor and manage various platforms (TripAdvisor, Google My Business, OTA’s).
- Create marketing collaterals: brochures, flyers, invitations.
- Implement different strategies and adapt them to the local market.
- Analyse KPI’s, measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Leverage brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.

- You work independently and are well organised. However, you also love to collaborate and work closely with others.
- Positive. You have a positive attitude; you are discreet and used to handle confidential affairs.
- You are detailed oriented and you have excellent customer service skills
- Communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch; other languages are a plus.
- Experience. A first experience in social media marketing is certainly an advantage.
- Trends. You understand the consumer trends in the digital sphere
- Flexible. You adapt easily to people and situations.
- Passion. You are passionate about the travel & hospitality industries
- You work easily in Canva, PowerPoint.
