We are currently looking for a  Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team here at Service & Support Centre.

Do

  • Social media channels: generate content (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). monitor, and engage with the audience.
  • Online Reputation Management: monitor and manage various platforms (TripAdvisor, Google My Business, OTA’s).
  • Create marketing collaterals: brochures, flyers, invitations.
  • Implement different strategies and adapt them to the local market.
  • Analyse KPI’s, measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Leverage brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.

  • You work independently and are well organised. However, you also love to collaborate and work closely with others.
  • Positive. You have a positive attitude; you are discreet and used to handle confidential affairs.
  • You are detailed oriented and you have excellent customer service skills
  • Communicator. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch; other languages are a plus.
  • Experience. A first experience in social media marketing is certainly an advantage.
  • Trends. You understand the consumer trends in the digital sphere
  • Flexible. You adapt easily to people and situations.
  • Passion. You are passionate about the travel & hospitality industries
  • You work easily in Canva, PowerPoint.
