Versatile meeting rooms for your business

Want to get together with your team in a new environment? In a location close to Brussels? Five minutes from the Brussels Ring Road, you will find Colruyt Group Academy’s charming building in Grimbergen. A beautiful setting to take a break and get your team out of the normal routine.

You can hold meetings in peace in one of our 5 rooms. Also ideal for organising a training course or workshop. All meeting rooms are equipped with a beamer, screen, flipchart and so on. You choose the setup that best suits your team (U-shape, theatre style, etc.).

Free parking is available right in front of the building or behind the Hotel Abbey, accessible via the driveway on the side of the hotel. The Academy is also easily accessible by bus (De Lijn 821): less than 5 minutes’ walk from the Grimbergen Hoge Steenweg stop.

On arrival, you can count on a warm welcome. We always have coffee, water and soft drinks ready for you. If you like to order catering, we will provide something tasty for your team.
