The Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre puts at your disposal 18 fully equipped meeting rooms, which can also be used as break out rooms. With a total of 2660 m², we offer one of the largest spaces in downtown Brussels to welcome conferences from 10 people up to 1000 people. We have our own wide choice of professional technical equipment and specialized technical staff. All meeting rooms have natural daylight, air-conditioning and can be structured and furnished to provide flexible use solutions depending on the needs of the organizers.
The Armstrong congress centre consists of the Armstrong room (805 m²) and 2 spaces of 348 m² each which can be used for stands, cocktails, coffee breaks, hot and cold buffets and even car presentations. The Armstrong room is our biggest room with a ceiling height of 5.40 m. It is a multifunctional and multimedia “Art Deco” room and equipped with a 40 m² screen. You can organize your meeting here or we can transform the meeting room with led lightning into a room with a nice and warm atmosphere for a gala dinner, cocktail, workshop, teambuilding event or exhibition.
The congress centre is directly connected to the parking and its direct access to the road can ease unloading for exhibitions.
Built on the 8th floor, the Galileo room offers a panoramic view on the main monuments of Brussels. This room with lots of day light is suitable for a wide range of events. Its large terrace, with the unique city view, is at your disposal for coffee breaks or to enjoy a nice glass during a cocktail.
