Versatile meeting rooms for your business

Would you like to get together with your team in a new environment? At a location in the Leuven region? Five minutes from the E40 motorway, you will find the modern building of Colruyt Group Academy Haasrode. A nice environment to take a break and get your team out of the normal routine.

You can hold meetings in peace in one of our 3 rooms. Also ideal for organising a training course or workshop. All meeting rooms are equipped with a beamer, screen, flipchart and so on. You choose the setup that best suits your team (U-shape, theatre style, etc.).

Free parking is available at the Colruyt Group office in Researchpark Haasrode. It is also easy to get there by public transport: the Academy is a 5-minute walk from the Haasrode Terumo stop (lines 4 and 630 from Leuven station).

Upon arrival, you can count on a warm welcome. We always have coffee, water and soft drinks ready for you. If you like to order catering, we will provide something tasty for your team.
