MeetDistrict creates smart, healthy and flexible work spaces for everyone who is looking for full serviced office, event or meeting arrangements.

At our four locations in Berchem, Brussels, Diegem and Ghent our customers enjoy a stylish, inspiring and smart work environment. Each location has its own Community Host to make sure our customers/Members are tailored to their very needs. Additionally, Members have access to our state-of-the-art application for all overarching features, such as accessing the parking lot, ordering coffee of entering a meeting room.

Work as you are

Apart from PrivateOffices for 2 to +30 workspaces, Members can also have their own attributed desk in our SharedOffice. Do you prefer more variation? Book a FlexSeat in our LoudDistrict or SilentDistrict, or take place in our SocialSpace. You decide what your day looks like and where it unfolds, we take charge of all practicalities.

In need of some privacy? Make use of our PhoneBooths or book a MeetBox. Next to its basic amenities such as a presentation screen, notebooks and pens, these meeting rooms can be equipped with several more facilities to lift your meeting to a higher level.

For bigger events, you can book our BoardRoom, EducationRoom or PitchArena. These creative spaces provide room for about 35 people. Something larger in mind? We gladly discuss the possibilities of our MarketPlace.

Happy to help, that is our motto! And not only for our colleagues at the FrontDesk, also for our BackOffice team. Our workday takes place exactly where our customers are, so we are naturally available for questions, remarks or suggestions.  Serviced workspace is something we provide behind the scenes as much as at the forefront, and, with a permanent smile.

Smart & healthy workspaces

An ideal work environment looks good, is efficient, healthy, sustainable and unburdens its users. A modern, yet cosy interior in an abundance of daylight, permanent CO² monitoring, the integration of our MeetDistrict application to allow our Members to book and manage all meeting and work facilities, strict supply choices, a strong internet connection, etc. Just a few examples to demonstrate how we strive towards creating an optimal work environment.

MeetDistrict Berchem is situated next to the Antwerp ring road, Singel and bicycle highway, at a walking distance of no more than 10 minutes from Berchem Station and only a stone’s throw away from a Velo Station and multiple bus stops. During summer our lawn and courtyard offer a lovely outdoor break, and if you like it a bit greener you’ll be happy to know you’re at Brilschanspark in just 5 minutes walking.

Hungry? Next to our basic kitchen amenities we enjoy an inhouse Foodmaker or one of the many lunch options nearby. Or simply ask Team MeetDistrict to arrange something for you. Happy to help!
