It was with joy that the Wild Gallery, host of the event, welcomed the event agency, Invite’Out, for the organization of a special evening, which required a lot of enthusiasm and organization.
It is no surprise that the event agency distinguished itself through its surprising decoration and the phenomenal atmosphere it created for the occasion! And for good reason, Invite’ Out orchestrated everything from beginning to end so that everything went well and did not hesitate to call on the decoration agency, Idéo, who sublimated the room.
A whole magical world has been created for this evening. The Wild Gallery, a neutral room with a post-industrial style, was transformed into a “Wild” room and plunged its guests into a sumptuous universe.
Indeed, the layout of the room was enhanced by the magnificent “pink” lights that lit up the round tables decorated with small shrubs on site that evening. In addition, Idéo highlighted the charm of the room thanks to the 360° animal projections that directly overlooked the magnificent white sails offered by the Wild Gallery.
At the end of the evening, the lights are turned off and the spotlight is replaced! It’s a completely different atmosphere that takes place in the room. Invite’ Out and Idéo decide to bring back new colours on site to liven up the dancing part of the evening. It was on white and yellow lights and bright projections on the beautiful white sails that the guests danced and celebrated.
As you have well understood, the event agency, Invite’ Out, and the decoration agency, Idéo, have brought a brand new atmosphere and image to the Wild Gallery. Sharon Thiel and Emilie Waisblum, organizers of the event, and her team, distinguished themselves by creating a completely different universe for the successful organization of this private evening. It was with satisfaction and enthusiasm that the guests left the evening that evening.
