Vestar is a state-of-the-art event and conference centre with meeting facilities. With a high level of finish and stylish furnishings, we will make your event a success. From meetings for 4 people to an impressive dinner for 300.

The venue is located in the centre of Antwerp, yet surrounded by greenery. We take that green literally, partly through our 2000m² garden with its beautiful water feature, and partly through the ecological character of the building. Vestar was built according to the latest eco-standards but goes even further. All heating and cooling is done via geothermal energy (150 m deep) from our reservoir field. The building is CO2-free and runs largely on solar panels. With top insulation, green roofs, water recovery and daylight-controlled home automation, we can say that all possible sustainable techniques are incorporated in this building.

Vestar is a unique venue with plenty of possibilities. There are several rooms between 20 m² and 500 m². Thanks to its recent construction, everything has been thought of in terms of audiovisual facilities, comfort and adaptability to the needs of your event. Our auditorium, for example, is equipped with an automatic grandstand seating 282 people.

Although the venue is brand new, our professional team, together with its partners, is ready to provide the support you need for your event. Our regular caterers provide the most delicious snacks, dishes and desserts with custom wines and bubbles from 2 beautifully equipped, open kitchens. In addition to our regular caterers, we work with a regular partner for everything concerning audiovisual equipment and techniques, so that you can enjoy your event carefree.

The venue is easily accessible by public transport (Berchem Station & Antwerp Central Station) but also by car or bicycle. There is a spacious, exclusive car park with a capacity for 100 bicycles and 260 cars with the possibility of expansion.
