Meetings
For smaller groups, the Glass Tower Building is perfect. The rooms on both floors can all be specially set up for the type of meeting that you have in mind. On the ground floor around 40 people can be seated boardroom style, plus another 60 people upstairs. During the break, your guests can enjoy the beautiful view of the port of Antwerp from the bar on the ground floor and the terrace on the first floor. The Great Hall has space for more than 200 guests. Due the different levels in the hall, your guests will be able to follow your presentation perfectly from anywhere in the room.
Conferences
Whether you are planning a company presentation, fashion show, product launch or meeting, De Ark has all the necessary infrastructure to hold your event in a stylish and comfortable manner. The large windows provide natural light and stunning views during the breaks. During the presentation, the windows can of course be dimmed. Professional sound and lighting equipment and a projector are available and there is also on-site technical assistance with the use of the audio-visual equipment. In addition, your logo can be projected inside De Ark and the lighting can be adapted to match your company colours.
Events
With its total floor space of 800 m2, De Ark is a prime location for events and corporate functions for up to 700 people. Your guests will love the delicious food, which you can select from a wide range of tried and tested snack, dinner and buffet packages. If you would prefer to treat your guests to a lunch or dinner ashore, we will be glad to welcome them in the discrete mezzanine of the nearby restaurant Het Pomphuis. The De Ark team will be happy to adapt to your wishes and expectations and ensure you an unforgettable event, leaving you free to enjoy the breath-taking views without any concerns at all.
