The rooms are spread over 2 floors and offer a capacity ranging from 10 to 400 people. All of them are exceptionally bright thanks to their huge bay windows and have an adjoining terrace in summer. Depending on the occasion, they can also be completely blacked out. All rooms can be configured according to the client’s wishes as far as possible. Various didactic accessories are also available: Flip chart and markers, screen, wireless microphone installation, lectern, giant screen, sound amplifier, podium, etc. These can be configured in a U-shape, as a cinema, as a school, as a cabaret or as a block. The giant screen and the beamer integrated in each room allow an easy connection of computer tools for an optimal projection.

Location and accessibility

Ideally located in front of the new train station and next to the WCCM (Congress Center) and the Lotto Mons Expo. Close to the city center, easy access by car with the E19 freeway (exit 24) and by plane (Brussels South Charleroi airport at 50 km and Brussels airport at 76 km). The hotel has a free private parking lot with 250 spaces.
