Congress Centre De Pitte: a unique meeting venue in a old brick factory in Boom, in the middle of the countryside
GREEN OASIS BETWEEN BRUSSELS & ANTWERP
You certainly know the Provincial Recreation Domain De Schorre in Boom from big events such as Tomorrowland. This location is centrally located in Flanders with easy access to the A12 & E19. You will find yourself in a green oasis with ponds and footpaths. This setting brings tranquillity to your meetings, training courses, congresses or networking events in Congress Centre De Pitte.
FROM 1 TO 100 PEOPLE
De Pitte is an old brick factory that was transformed into a modern conference centre. The conference centre consists of a spacious reception area and 3 meeting rooms. Make use of our rooms with different capacities from 1 to 100 people. Combine the conference centre with our other venues such as cycling café ‘De Musette’ and party and exhibition hall Den Oven.
Are you organising an activity with more than 100 participants and want to see it a bit bigger? Feel free to discuss your wishes with conference coordinator Birgit Vercauteren. Together with our partners, she will ensure a successful event.
HIGH-QUALITY VIDEO AND AUDIO SYSTEM
During a video or teleconference, bad audio or a faltering picture can be particularly annoying. In two of our meeting rooms (Zaal Hoek and Zaal Noeveren), a Logitech camera was installed with 12x HD zoom which, even in backlight, delivers razor-sharp images + a Nureva HDL300 audio conferencing system. This equipment is a new development in microphony in which a “blanket” of virtual microphones (Microphone Mist technology) is laid over the room from a single position. Sound pick-up is guaranteed throughout the room.
MORE THAN MEETINGS
Besides renting our meeting rooms, you can also rent our grounds. Hold your seminar or reception under one of our open-tent structures at the minigolf or Butterfly Square, or plan a team-building activity on the event meadow.
TAILORED TO YOUR COMPANY OR ORGANISATION
De Schorre guarantees excellent service. We have some standard formulas for the use of the rooms and catering, but are happy to work out a proposal based on your needs. Discover our numerous MICE possibilities during a personal tour.
Experience an inspiring meeting in Congress Centre De Pitte, a unique meeting location in a brick factory in Boom, where nature, technology and hospitality come together.
