Discover MeetDistrict Ghent as a workplace. Either in one of our PrivateOffices with up to +30 workstations, or at your own desk in the SharedOffice. Want some more variety? Then book a FlexSeat in our coworking spaces: the Loud- and SilentDistrict. If you prefer to work in a lively environment, our SocialSpace is ideal. What your working day looks like and where you experience it is your choice, we’ll make sure it’s right.
Something to discuss in private? Our PhoneBooths or MeetBoxes lend themselves perfectly to this. In addition to standard facilities such as presentation screens, notebooks and pens, these meeting rooms can be equipped with various facilities to get the most out of your meeting.
Planning something bigger? Then you can book our BoardRoom, BreakOut Rooms or PitchArena, suitable for around 80 people. For even larger groups, we can offer the Auditorium or one of our MarketPlaces.
Those who choose a sustainable working environment with flexible spaces – Planet Group Arena enjoy an inspiring location where efficiency, comfort and sustainability come together.
Team MeetDistrict
Our motto is: Happy to help! Not only for those who work behind the FrontDesk, but also behind the scenes. Since our working day literally takes place among our customers, we are always available where needed, always with a smile.
Smart & Healthy workspaces
MeetDistrict guarantees an efficient, healthy, sustainable and carefree working environment. Enjoy a bright interior – corporate, yet cosy – don’t worry about CO² levels or internet speed, rely on our sustainability decisions and use our MeetDistrict application that allows you to independently book and manage our work and meeting facilities. These are just a few examples that show how we want to create an optimal workplace.
MeetDistrict Ghent is situated in the Planet Group Arena next to the Ghent Ring. The bus stop next to the stadium provides a direct connection to Gent Sint-Pieters Station. Yep, you read that right: enjoy this unique location and treat yourself to a meeting with a view of the KAA Gent football pitch.
Lunch? Of course we have some basic kitchen facilities available, but you can also quickly pop in to our neighbours at Albert Heijn or use one of the lunch options nearby. Or feel free to ask Team MeetDistrict if they can take this off your hands. Happy to help!
