The venue consists of: PeRspective4 with Lounge as break-out room, Resteau4 and BoRdeau4 with break-out room CointReau4 and ARisteau4 with an adjacent break-out room FigaReau4. The different rooms can also be combined for break-out sessions. Groups of up to 30 people can meet there in a light-rich room with modern infrastructure and peaceful views. Everything is in place to allow you to meet in optimal conditions: screen with Clickshare, Wi-Fi, flipchart with markers, etc.

MeetingCenteR4 has its own professional kitchen for culinary meetings.
MeetingCenteR4 is located on the Communication Campus, along the R4 and the Ghent Ring Canal. The Gent Sint-Pieters railway station is also nearby. From the station you can walk, take a blue-bike or use our shuttle services to the Communications Campus and back. We are also easily accessible by car for those coming from the R4, E40 or E17.
