Monte Marcella Resort – An environment where teams excel
Some meetings produce decisions. Others change the way a team works together. Monte Marcella Resort is there for companies that want to make that difference.
Set in the green heart of West Flanders, Monte Marcella is an exclusive resort for management teams, boards, executive committees and organisations that consciously make time for strategy, connection and performance. Not a conventional meeting venue, but an environment that takes people out of their everyday context and brings them — literally and figuratively — to a higher level.
It's all yours.
When you book Monte Marcella, your team has the entire resort exclusively at its disposal. No other guests, no shared spaces and no separate meeting room rented by the hour. The whole estate belongs to your group: the meeting rooms, breakout spaces, bar, wellness area, sports facilities, outdoor grounds and the accommodation. That complete privacy and freedom creates the space to focus, to slow down where needed and to push on when it matters.
Please note: Monte Marcella is available exclusively for multi-day events and stays. An overnight stay is always included and the resort is reserved exclusively for a minimum of 24 hours.
What also makes Monte Marcella unique is its patented altitude system. A range of spaces — not just the bedrooms — can be set to a chosen altitude. Even a meeting, presentation or dinner can take place in a room where the altitude experience is created. Alongside improved physical performance, this has also been shown to stimulate decisiveness and creativity. A unique dimension offered nowhere else in Europe on this scale.
Ultimately, though, it isn't about the location. It's about what happens to your people. A strategy sharpens when there is time to think it through. A team grows stronger when conversations can also happen away from the meeting table. New ideas find room when the daily routine falls away for a while. And people return with more energy, more connection and a clearer sense of where they want to go together.
That is the Monte Marcella promise: you come here to work together and you leave as a stronger team.
From strategic off-sites and management retreats to executive meetings, product launches and high-impact team building: everything is tailored to your objectives, with the option to integrate catering, activities, coaching, keynote speakers and other services entirely to your specifications.
Monte Marcella. The higher level resort for teams with a winning mindset.
