A unique experience for teams, an innovative methodology of team coaching: horses are used to analyse and strengthen team functioning.
As prey and herd animals, horses are particularly sensitive to our way of being and directly mirror our individual and team functioning. In the workshops on leadership and teamwork, we work with horses on the ground via individual and team assignments. There is no horse riding. The sessions last half a day as standard and can be organised for teams of up to 18 people. Shorter introductory workshops are possible. Work takes place in a covered arena, protected from rain and wind.
Innovative methodology for team building – Kheiron “Equine Assisted Learning” offers teams an intense learning process that focuses on cooperation, communication and leadership.
One of the distinguishing features of Kheiron is that the horses (mares, geldings and stallions) constantly live outside in a stable herd. This preserves/strengthens their natural mirroring qualities and also allows inexperienced people to work with them.
The guides are ‘professionals’ who, in addition to their extensive background with horses, have years of expertise in guiding people and groups.
