Vinoscope is a unique cross between a renowned wine shop and a new event location. This in an easily accessible, brand-new building on the Industrieweg in Ghent.

Events

The plenary room can be used for events for up to 200 people, is modular and can be reduced to a smaller capacity to create a more intimate atmosphere.
The venue offers a beautiful setting for your (company) party. The rooms are stylishly decorated and equipped with the latest technology to make your event a success.
A cosy drink with colleagues, an extensive dinner or a sparkling party? The Vinoscoop team has the expertise and experience to take care of your event down to the last detail.

Meeting rooms

Vinoscoop has 5 meeting rooms of different sizes. Each room is air-conditioned with sufficient light and the necessary professional equipment (incl. beamer, wifi, flipchart, …). When renting the space, you can also choose from a wide range of catering arrangements.

Versatile catering

In-house catering allows us to respond perfectly to your expectations and budget. The catering is of high quality and flexible, from finger food over gourmet foodcorners to a sumptuous dinner or a luxury buffet. The bar is fully equipped with a wide selection, allowing guests to enjoy their favourite drinks as well as the best selection of wines.

Easy access

The venue is easily accessible by car (slip road R4, near the E17 & E40 interchange) and public transport. Ample parking is available at the premises.
