Reeds vòòr de start van IMEX verwelkomde ze in samenwerking met VISITFLANDERS de Amerikaans delegatie die deel uitmaakte van de IMEX Pre-Tour voor US Meeting Planners en die logeerde in ‘Hilton Antwerp Old Town’. “Het was een zeer enthousiaste groep van host buyers”, aldus Ludmilla de Lobkowicz. “Zondagavond 17 april zijn ze aangekomen en hebben ze eerst een beetje de stad verkend. Daarna heb ik hen een rondleiding gegeven in het hotel. Alles kwam aan bod: de kamers, de vergaderruimten, het terras, de executive lounge, enz. Ze waren zeer onder de indruk van onze ‘Belle Epoque’ balzaal, immers de grootste hotelbalzaal in België!”, aldus Ludmilla.
