A trade fair like IMEX is always important for a Destination Management Company (DMC). So it is for @dmire. “@dmire is a recognized DMC, aligned with all criteria for international meeting and event business,” explains Brigitte Boone, @dmire’s CEO. @dmire works on the international market to promote all assets of the destination. Therefore, a trade fair such as IMEX specializing in MICE is important to us. We have been attending for years now.  PR, networking and following the new trends and markets remain key. The value of a DMC is very important for those customers with complex files where defining the concept and creativity is needed. This fair is the ideal get together with our worldwide representation people and all industry related associations. I arrived prior to the fair and took advantage to assist on advisory board- and strategy meetings. 
It remains important to meet face-to-face with all international players.”

@dmire also works with the theme of the Flemish Masters, offered by Tourism Flanders. “It always depends on the market. We automatically try to integrate the theme even if not immediately requested. The highlights should be there, but the emphasis is on experience,” adds Brigitte Boone.
