For the 14th year in a row Act!events has organised meet-it 2016, the third largest B2B IT trade fair in Europe, for Tech Data. And what does an event company need to surprise and innovate time and again every year after all this time? Inspiration!
The perfect match since Tech Data’s aim was to inspire the more than 3,000 visitors with new innovations, ways of thinking, etc. under the slogan ‘Get Inspired’. Together with our customer we came up with several new ideas that highlight meet-it and Tech Data’s inspiring character. The event’s kick-off was the VIP-seminar with the presentation created by our sister company, Wisenose, for Patrick Steenssens, Country Manager of Tech Data Belux. With a completely new approach, both in the field of content and look & feel, the tone had been set!
At the trade fair more than 80 vendors/producers were given the opportunity to inspire visitors with their new products, services, etc. Several seminars were the icing on the cake and prompted many new insights. The great party that concluded the trade fair day was also very popular!
Act!events took the lead in the entire organisation of the event, including booth design, creative filling of vendor booths, catering, decoration concepts, VIP-session, animations, staff, health and safety plan, sales concept, etc.
Still inspiring and innovating after 14 years is something Act!events is proud of!

Act!events en Tech Data inspireren!
Voor het 14e jaar op rij organiseerde Act!events meet-it 2016, de derde grootste B2B IT-beurs in Europa voor Tech Data. En wat heb je nodig om als evenementenbureau na al die tijd elk jaar opnieuw te verrassen en vernieuwen? Inspiratie!
De perfecte match aangezien ook Tech Data de meer dan 3.000 bezoekers wou bezielen met nieuwe innovaties, denkwijzen, … onder de slogan ‘Get Inspired’. Samen met onze klant concipieerden we heel wat nieuwe ideeën die het inspirerende karakter van meet-it én Tech Data in de verf zetten. De kick-off van het event was het VIP-seminarie met de presentatie die ons zusterbedrijf, Wisenose, creëerde voor Patrick Steenssens, Country Manager van Tech Data Belux. Met een compleet nieuwe aanpak, zowel op gebied van inhoud als look & feel, was de toon gezet!
Op de beurs kregen meer dan 80 vendors/producenten dan weer de kans om de bezoekers te inspireren met hun nieuwe producten, services, … Verschillende seminaries waren de kers op de taart en zetten aan tot heel wat nieuwe inzichten. Ook de spetterende party die de beursdag afsloot, werd druk bezocht!
Act!events nam het voortouw in de volledige organisatie van het evenement, waaronder standenontwerp, creatieve invulling van vendorstanden, catering, decoratieconcepten, VIP-sessie, animaties, personeel, veiligheidsplan, sales concept, …
Na 14 jaar blijven inspireren en innoveren, daar is Act!events trots op!

Act!events et Tech Data inspirent !
Pour la 14e année consécutive, Act!events a organisé meet-it 2016, le troisième plus grand salon IT B2B en Europe, pour Tech Data. Et de quoi avez-vous besoin en tant qu’agence événementielle pour surprendre et innover encore et encore après tant d’années ? De l’inspiration !
L’adéquation parfaite, car Tech Data souhaitait également inspirer les plus de 3.000 visiteurs avec de nouvelles innovations, pensées… placées sous le slogan ‘Get Inspired’. En collaboration avec notre client, nous avons développé bon nombre d’idées novatrices, valorisant le caractère inspirant de meet-it et de Tech Data. Le coup d’envoi de l’événement a été donné avec un séminaire et la présentation créée par notre société sœur, Wisenose, pour Patrick Steenssens, le Country Manager de Tech Data Belux. Grâce à une toute nouvelle approche, le ton était donné, tant en termes de contenu que d’aspect et de présentation !
Lors du salon, plus de 80 fournisseurs/producteurs ont à nouveau eu l’occasion d’inspirer les visiteurs avec leurs produits et services innovants… La cerise sur le gâteau était une série de séminaires proposant bon nombre de nouvelles perspectives. Sans oublier la soirée pétillante en clôture du salon qui a également connu une grande affluence !
Act!events a pris les rênes de toute l’organisation de l’événement, avec la création de stands, le contenu créatif des stands des fournisseurs, le catering, les concepts décoratifs, la session VIP, les animations, le personnel, le plan de sécurité, le concept de ventes…
Après 14 ans, nous continuons à inspirer et à innover, une grande fierté pour Act!events !
