The Hotel recently installed a cogeneration system with an electrical power of 20 KW & a thermal power of 38.7 kW with a total efficiency with condenser of 101.9% in order to become the most ecological hotel in Wallonia 

The principle of this cogeneration is to simultaneously produce heat and electricity, based on a gas boiler. Thanks to this combined production, energy losses are reduced significantly. Reduced CO2 emissions rewarded!

PS: In a few days we will also install new electrical terminals at the Verviers hotel thanks to the electrical production of this Co generator.
