Extraordinary menus, which have been created with seasonal products mainly from the Balearic Islands and prepared with passion and focus on taste and sense, have been designed by Chef Álvaro Salazar since March 2019. To enjoy this tasteful highlight amongst colleagues and partners, up to 30 guests can be seated comfortably inside the restaurant and on the beautiful terrace with views overlooking the resort and the valley another 40 people could have space to savor this special gastronomic experience.
