We found the hotel to be in a great location to sights, metro and restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of hot and cold options and of course delicious waffles. Rooms are very basic, our only dislike was the pillows, they were a bit like rocks. We found two in the cupboard that were better. We would stay again.

Great location and lovely selection of breakfast food. However the spa facilities were really disappointing as the two steam rooms were broken and the pools jets were broken. There seemed to be no hurry to get it fixed or see any maintenance person around.

The hotel itself is good. I was not received well, however, by the restaurant staff.
