At HVN10, we seamlessly combine the warm hospitality you expect from a bed and breakfast with professionally decorated guest rooms, ensuring an unforgettable experience here.

Sustainability and ecology are central to our approach. When building HVN10, we collaborated with local suppliers, reused materials (such as stairs, railings and balustrades) and collected rainwater for reuse. Local products are an integral part of our concept.

Whether you opt for a single night, a weekend getaway, a midweek escape or even a long-term stay of six months, you will always feel at home here.

HVN10 has a fantastic location with easy access via exit No 12 (Berendrecht) and No 13 (Stabroek) from the motorway, allowing you to get to our B&B quickly.

Our sunny terrace offers panoramic views across the meadows to the skyline of the port of Antwerp. For cycling enthusiasts, the adventure starts right at junction 94, and the beautiful Kalmthoutse Heide is just 10 minutes away.

Relax in our lounge with a good book or enjoy a refreshing drink in the garden; these spaces are at your disposal. Moreover, we offer generous and free parking for all our guests.

Meeting facilities

Professional and discrete, in quiet surroundings

HVN10 has two meeting rooms that can also be hired externally, not only for our overnight guests. Whether you are organising a job interview, teambuilding activity, board meeting or lecture, we welcome groups of 2 to 50 people.

Our rooms are adapted to your needs, offer plenty of natural light and have direct access to the garden, allowing participants to relax during breaks. There is also a smartboard in the room and we have Wi-Fi.

Of course, we can also organise company receptions, baby showers and birthday parties for you. Feel free to ask about our arrangements.

Food and drink

“Inside or outside the door”

Our rooms are equipped with a kitchenette where you can heat up meals. If you prefer to eat or drink outside, we will gladly provide you with recommendations in the centre of Stabroek and the surrounding area.
