W-box is suitable for a wide range of both corporate and private events.

W-box is the suitable location for your business event: meeting, reception, training, seminar, company party, product show, conference, etc.

W-box takes a personal approach. You have one contact person and we arrange the space according to your wishes. W-box works on the basis of the key-on-the-door principle.

W-box is a black box where everything is possible. Furniture and AV equipment are included, but everything is possible. There is a microphone system with Bose sound amplification, giant screen 4.5m x 2m.  With our experience, we effortlessly meet your needs and guarantee a personal approach and communication.

For catering, we work under the heading ‘something for everyone’. This can range from a small snack, tapas, sandwiches to an elaborate dinner, cold/warm

W-box is ideally located, only 2 minutes from exit 5 E17, and there is also free parking in front of the door. There is also the 4-star Parkhotel opposite the building.
