Ter Heyde is an authentic and cozy venue in Gooik, Flemish Brabant. For companies we offer a wide range of possibilities, ranging from large rooms for a seminar or product presentation, an original team building to a fully elaborated staff or customer event.

Ter Heyde consists of 3 equipped rooms that can be combined into 1 whole. Events are possible from 30 persons. The total hall has a maximum capacity of +/- 200 persons.

The large windows and high ceiling give a very spacious and light feeling to the beautiful Parquet Hall. This large room is multi-purpose: a seminar, a reception with clients or a staff party, everything is possible. The authentic bricks and old beams create a cozy atmosphere. The parquet room has a capacity of 90 people.

Are you with more than 90 people? Then The Parquet Room can easily be expanded to accommodate an additional 50 guests. But the Ceremony Room also lends itself perfectly as an additional separate room for a meeting, for example.

The Barn is the perfect room for smaller groups of up to 30 people. This room can also be additionally combined with the Parquet Room and Ceremony Room or used as a separate room.

Our three rooms have wifi, projection capabilities and a sound system with wireless microphone. Additional event equipment and technical support can be offered through our numerous partners.

The rental of the rooms should always be combined with catering. Here too, the possibilities are diverse and full-day: breakfast, lunch, reception, barbecue, an evening party with snacks, and so on. The modern interpretation of gastronomy ensures a unique experience, where you can surprise your staff, partners or customers without a doubt.
