Welcome in the amazing world of our event venues we’re hiring for!
Let’s introduce you first the Event Lounge, located in Brussels: a premium venue where creativity has no limit! And of course, The EGG Brussels, a congress center for all conferences, meetings, conventions, … with a capacity of 5000m² next to Brussels-south train station.

For both venues, we are looking for a new member for our venue management-team, who will market and promote this venue as if it were their own.

As Field & Project Coordinator, you will be in charge of:

  • Management of day-to-day administration and organization
  • Financial and operational reporting towards the management
  • Relationship and contracts with suppliers and clients
  • Development of business opportunities to promote events at both venues
  • Development of the Marcom Strategy of both venues through Communication channels
  • Housekeeper of the venues
  • First contact of the clients

Skills

  • Administrative skills, well-organized
  • Dynamic, motivated, pro-active
  • Responsible, client minded and solution oriented
  • Hospitality Skills and attention to detail
  • Stress resistant
  • Autonomous and good team player
  • Trilingual (NL/FR/EN)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (PPT, Excel, Word, Google Analytics, etc…)
  • Driver’s license type B
  • Higher Degree in marketing & communication
  • Marketing & Communication Knowledge
  • Flexible (no 9 to 5 mentality!) (Willing to work on weekend and evenings)
